Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are based in Guangdong , China, start from 2019 ,sell to Western Europe(30.00%),Mid East(35.00%),Africa(25.00%),North America(10.00%). There are total about 10 people in our office.We have more than ten factories which co-operate with us more than 5 years with more than 150 experienced engineers and workers.
Q2:How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC team do sample inspection, part inspectionduring production and 30% final inspection before shipment.
Q3: Can I have a visit to your factory before placing an order?
A: Sure, Of course, you are welcome to visit our factory. Our factory address is  Chaoyang District, Shantou City, Guadngdong Province, if you want to come, please contact me in advance to help you arrange.

Q4: Can I customize weight, size, and packaging?

A4: Yes, we support full customization including weight (90g-250g), roll dimensions, packaging, and even logo printing.

Q5:Can l add my logo on the product?
A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter

Q6:How can i get the after-service?
A:We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
